Limited Warranty Terms and Conditions

1. Limited Warranty:

This LIQUI-TOUGH Ultimate Screen Protector ("Product") comes with a manufacturer’s product performance guarantee (“Limited Warranty”) administered for you by Asfalis Warranty Solutions (“Company”). Under this Limited Warranty, if your Tablet or Smartphone (“Device”) experiences screen breakage while the Product is applied to your registered device screen, then you will receive a monetary contribution towards the replacement of your Device screen, subject to the following conditions;

 

a. there is a maximum limit of liability of $150.00 USD (“Cover Limit”) during the term of the Limited Warranty; and

 

b. the Product has been correctly installed; and

 

c. the Limited Warranty will be effective for a period not to exceed one (1) year from the original purchase date which shall be defined in or on your Product purchase receipt; and

 

d. the Limited Warranty is only valid and applicable for a Product purchased and registered in USA; and

 

e. this Limited Warranty is valid for one claim only.

 

2. Limited Warranty Registration:

 

To activate and avail of this Limited Warranty you must have applied the Product and registered your Device with the Company using the PIN supplied with your Product (“Contract Reference”) within thirty (30) days of the Product purchase date as set forth on your Product purchase receipt and failure to do so will void your right to use this Limited Warranty. This Limited Warranty is non-transferable and only applies to the original purchaser and registered Device.

3. Limited Warranty Exclusions:

This Limited Warranty does not cover screen breakage resulting from catastrophic damage that renders the Device inoperable, including but not limited to liquid damage and destruction of the Device. This Limited Warranty does not cover screen damage that may have resulted from normal wear and tear or misuse/abuse of the Device. This Limited Warranty does not cover scratches on your Device screen. This Limited Warranty does not cover damage to your Device screen if the Product has not been properly installed on your Device. Your Device must have the Product installed and in place at the time the Device screen was damaged and when the Device is sent for inspection or when taken to the repair centre of your choice to be repaired. Company will not be liable for any indirect or incidental damages arising from the use of the Product.

4. How to Submit A Claim:

To submit a claim under this Limited Warranty, please visit https://helpdesk.asfaliswarranty.com and complete the claims form. Upon submission of your claim our customer service team will provide email confirmation and information on your claim status, options, shipment and claim settlement. Please note that reimbursement will be provided only for the parts and labour to repair the Device's damaged screen. Reimbursement will not be provided if additional parts and labour costs are required for other components of the Device.

 

5. Proof of Purchase Date:

In the event of a claim and for warranty service, Company must be able to validate your Product purchase date by reviewing a readable scan, copy or photo of your Product purchase receipt. Accordingly, it is your responsibility to retain your Product purchase receipt as without this you will be unable to make a claim under this Limited Warranty.

6. LEGAL RIGHTS NOTICE:

THIS LIMITED WARRANTY SETS OUT THE FULL EXTENT OF OUR RESPONSIBILITIES, AND THE EXCLUSIVE REMEDY REGARDING THE PRODUCT. ALL IMPLIED WARRANTIES, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION, IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, ARE LIMITED TO THE DURATION OF THIS LIMITED WARRANTY. COMPANY SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR SPECIAL, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, PUNITIVE OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES (INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, DAMAGES FOR LOSS OF BUSINESS PROFITS, BUSINESS INTERRUPTION, EXPENSES ARISING OUT OF THIRD PARTY CLAIMS, INCONVENIENCE, OR ANY OTHER LOSS), WHETHER OR NOT CAUSED BY OR RESULTING FROM BREACH OF CONTRACT, NEGLIGENCE, OR OTHER WRONGFUL ACT OR OMISSION, EVEN IF IT HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. COMPANY DOES NOT AUTHORIZE ANY PERSON, ENTITY OR FACILITY TO CREATE FOR IT ANY OTHER WARRANTY OBLIGATION OR LIABILITY IN CONNECTION WITH THIS PRODUCT. SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW LIMITATIONS ON HOW LONG AN IMPLIED WARRANTY LASTS, SO THE ABOVE LIMITATIONS MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU. IN ADDITION, SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW THE EXCLUSION OR LIMITATION OF INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, SO THE ABOVE LIMITATIONS OR EXCLUSIONS MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU. THIS LIMITED WARRANTY GIVES YOU SPECIFIC LEGAL RIGHTS, AND YOU MAY ALSO HAVE OTHER RIGHTS THAT VARY FROM JURISTICTION TO JURISDICTION.
