Is This Really Free?


Yes! No credit card is needed to book your time slot, and no photos have to be purchased. That's how confident we are that you will love how your photoshoot turns out.




What Styles Do You Cover?


If it can be done outdoors, we can do it! We have shot professional headshots, senior portraits, and photoshoots for dating profiles, engagements, weddings, fitness shoots, modeling portfolios, maternity, couples, and families. What Does Retouching Cover?


For close-ups, people sometimes would like additional editing. SnaapShots retouching includes smoothing skin/wrinkles, whitening teeth, sharpening eyes, and softening shine on the skin. However, our retouching does not include manipulating large-scale objects in the image, such as body size manipulation, removing double chins or objects from the shot, adding objects into the shot, combining photos, manipulating hair, or adding makeup.




Can I Book More Than Once?


You can book once per day. If you would like to double-book, please reach out to us at Support@SnaapShots.com to inquire into a customized shoot.




Can I Bring a Friend or a Pet?


Feel free! We only shoot in pet-free venues with free parking and plenty of space for an outdoor photoshoot, so you can bring as many human and furry friends as you wish.




How Do I Prepare for the Shoot?


We will email you a list of ideas and tips, as far as what to bring, what to wear, how to strike a pose, what to expect on the day of the shoot, and so on. But feel free to ignore that! If all you bring to the shoot is a good attitude (and maybe a water bottle, to stay hydrated), then our photographer will be happy to take care of the rest.




What's Your Rescheduling Policy? What If It Rains?


There is no fee to reschedule or cancel, but please do let us know if you would like to cancel or reschedule. Otherwise, we will be waiting for you at the venue. That said, rainy photoshoots are fantastic for moody, solemn portraits, and they can work for happy portraits as well (think about that famous "kissing in the rain" photo)!




What If I'm Late?


Late is better than never! There is no late fee. But please remember that there may be a shoot right after yours, so while we are happy to reschedule or otherwise accommodate, your photoshoot may have to end on time. That said, we have had successful shoots with as little as 5 minutes. When you have a professional photographer who loves what he does and has been at this for years, a few minutes is all you need to receive dozens of phenomenal pictures.




What's Your Turnaround Time?


Photographers are notorious for taking weeks and weeks to get your photographs back to you. That's not us. With us, you will receive your photos in 3 days or less.




How Long Do I Have to Consider My Photos?


Because our photos are high-quality, they take up quite a bit of space on the website, computer, camera memory card, etc. So, we will need to delete your photos within 3 days of delivering them to you, or else we would not be able to keep taking great photos for more people just like you.




Can I Request Edits?


Sure! There is no extra fee for re-editing your shots, because we want you to love your shots and tell all your friends about us. However, please keep in mind that this applies to minor edits, such as adjusting the brightness or vibrancy of your photos. For major edits, a prepayment may be necessary. So, just let us know what you would like to change, and we'll let you know if/how we can do it!




How Will I Get My Photos? How Do I Pay?


We will upload your photos to a secret page on our website, accessible only to you. From there, you can decide if you prefer to purchase some photos or all of them. Just let us know what you would like, then we will calculate the fees and discounts, and we will send an invoice your way! Upon payment, we will transfer the selected photos to you.




Who Owns My Photos?


You! We would love to be able to show off some of our shots on social media and/or our website, but it is possible to keep your gallery private for a small fee of $25.




What Is Your No-Show Policy?


There is no fee for no-shows. But it would be considerate to give us a heads up if you will need to cancel or reschedule as soon as possible. Clients who book a shoot and then fail to show up, without having rescheduled or cancelled, will be banned from booking any additional shoots.




Do You Ever Refuse Bookings?


Everyone is welcome! However, a booking may be denied if someone has been a no-show client or repeatedly reschedules or cancels. A booking may also be denied if there is a safety concern with the client, due to the client's behavior and/or intent on using the photoshoot to promote hatred, violence, or criminal activity.




How Does Prepayment Work?


We offer an extra discount if you can prepay for your session! This can be done through our website by visiting the "SHOP" menu item and paying for a certain amount of photos or the full album. This can also be done by paying our photographer at the time of the shoot, in cash. Prepayment is for the selected time and date. If you must cancel or reschedule, please do so at least 24 hours in advance. Same-day rescheduling and late arrivals will be accommodated if possible, but if it is a busy day then it may not be possible.




When Do I Get a Referral Discount?


The referral discount activates when someone shoots with us and purchases at least $100 worth of photographs. Once that happens, we will apply the discount to your next SnaapShots purchase. If repeat referrals leads to discounts adding up to over 100%, then you've earned yourself a free photoshoot with a free album full of shots, and the remaining percentage of discounts will spill over into the next photoshoot. In other words, if you have 150% worth of discounts, then you have a free shoot and free album, and the next one is 50% off! Please note that this discount can be transferred to your friends and family if you prefer that they have it. Please also note that this discount does not apply to the extra services.
